Party FAQs

How do I book a party?

Choose an available date on the Westland calendar and complete registration through Jackrabbit. Your $100 non-refundable deposit reserves the party.

When is the final guest count due?

The final guest count is due the Friday before the party. The card on file will be charged. It is your responsibility to call with the final count.

What should we bring?

Most families bring plates, napkins, utensils, table coverings, decorations, drinks and easy-to-serve food such as pizza, cake or another dessert.

What should guests wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing is best. Guests remove their shoes for gym activities.

How early should we arrive?

Please arrive about 30 minutes early so you can check in and get settled.

Can children return to the gym after party-room time begins?

No. Once the group moves to the party room, there is no additional gym time. No exceptions.

Is alcohol permitted?

No. Alcohol is not allowed at MAG parties.

Can we hold a celebration other than a birthday?

Yes! MAG parties are also great for teams, classes, holidays and other group celebrations.
