We want MAG families to know exactly what to expect when it comes to tuition, billing, registration, withdrawals, and special event payments.
Helpful Pricing Information for Families
MAG bills in 4-week installments. Students may join at any time, and tuition is prorated when needed based on the start date.
The Parent Portal is the easiest place to update your card on file, view your account, and stay on top of upcoming charges.

1Tuition is automatically charged every 4 weeks for the upcoming month using the credit or debit card on file.

2Monthly enrollment continues through the end of the current session unless a withdrawal form is submitted on time.

3All MAG families are required to keep an active credit card on file.

4Changes to your card may be made through the Parent Portal or at the front desk.

5Tuition is based on enrollment and your childβs guaranteed spot in class, not attendance.

$50 upon enrollment, $25 for each additional child, with a $75 family maximum.
Declined cards are assessed a $15 late fee.
Your student may be dropped from class if the account is not brought current within 48 hours.
$25 is charged for every 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.
Birthday parties, field trips, Kids Night Out, camps, testing, and open gym are prepaid at registration.
No refunds are provided for special events.

1Your childβs spot is reserved through the end of the current session.

2If you need to withdraw, you must complete the withdrawal procedure through the Parent Portal before the next installment auto-charge date.

3If your withdrawal request comes after the next auto-charge is processed, no credit or refund will be given for the remaining classes in that 4-week installment.

4If a student stops attending without notice, the card on file will continue to be charged until MAG receives and confirms the withdrawal.
