What to Wear & Bring
👕 Class Attire
Students should wear comfortable, fitted athletic clothing that allows them to move safely.
- A leotard or fitted athletic clothing
- Shorts, leggings or athletic pants
- Bare feet during class
- Long hair secured away from the face
- No jewelry, denim or loose clothing
