Red Level Classes
Red is designed for gymnasts with little or no previous gymnastics experience. Athletes learn foundational movement patterns, body control, strength, confidence, and introductory skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor.

Red/White Combo Classes
Red/White combo classes are designed for gymnasts who are continuing to build confidence while progressing between beginner and intermediate skills. Coaches provide instruction based on each gymnast’s current ability level while helping athletes grow in strength, form, coordination, and confidence on all four events.

Blue/Bronze Classes
Blue/Bronze classes are advanced recreational classes for gymnasts who have a strong understanding of basic gymnastics skills and are ready for more challenging progressions. Athletes continue developing strength, flexibility, body shaping, technique, confidence, and higher-level skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
