Tumbling classes help athletes build strength, flexibility, body awareness, confidence, and proper tumbling technique in a fun and supportive environment.

Before You Register

Tumbling is a great option for athletes who want to focus on floor skills, body control, strength, flexibility, and confidence. Classes may support gymnasts, dancers, cheer athletes, or students who simply want to improve tumbling technique.

Annual Registration Fee

$50 for the first child
$25 for each additional child

Beginner Tumbling

Our 60-minute tumbling basics class helps athletes build a solid foundation while having a great time.

Step-by-Step Guidance: Skills are broken down into smaller, more accessible steps so athletes can understand each movement and build confidence.

Back Handspring Foundations: Athletes work on foundational drills to understand body shapes, power, and movement mechanics.

Spotting & Safety: Assisted practice helps athletes learn correct form while staying safe.

Intermediate Tumbling is designed for athletes who have a strong foundation and are ready for continued skill progression.

Athletes continue developing technique, strength, flexibility, body control, and confidence while working toward stronger tumbling skills.

Skill Progressions: Class may include walkovers, round-offs, handspring drills, connections, and improved form.

Confidence & Control: Athletes focus on safe technique, body awareness, and consistent movement patterns.

Advanced Tumbling

Our 60-minute advanced tumbling skills class is designed for students ready to take their gymnastics abilities to the next level.

This class focuses on mastering higher-level skills in a challenging, exciting, and supportive environment.

Back Tuck: Technique drills focus on proper form, tucking motion, body control, and confidence with spotting support.

Front Handspring: Athletes work on power, launch, hand placement, form, and smooth landings.

Front Tuck: Drills focus on approach, takeoff mechanics, air awareness, and control.

Twisting Skills: Athletes are introduced to twisting basics, body alignment, and progressive twisting drills.
