Helpful Information

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a parent participate in every class?
Parent or adult participation is required for Parent-Tot classes. Kinder, Boys Kinder and Super Kinder programs are independent classes, so children participate with their coach while parents watch from the designated viewing area.
How do I know which Kinder level to select?
Begin with the class that matches your child’s age, previous experience and comfort participating independently. Children with previous gymnastics experience or advanced readiness may benefit from staff guidance before selecting Kinder 2 or Super Kinder.
Does my child need previous gymnastics experience?
No previous gymnastics experience is needed for Parent-Tot or Kinder 1. Kinder 2 and the Super Kinder levels are better suited for children who are ready for progressive gymnastics instruction and increased independence.
What if my child is nervous about participating alone?
It is normal for young children to need time to become comfortable. Our coaches use positive encouragement and predictable class routines to help children gradually build confidence and independence.
Can siblings participate together?
Children should enroll in the class that best matches their age and developmental level. Siblings may be able to enroll in the same class when they both meet the listed class requirements and space is available.
How does registration work?
Use the live class schedule above to select an available class. The Register link will guide you through the online registration process. Classes without an immediate opening may offer a waitlist option when available.
