Ninja Kids gives children a fun way to develop strength, coordination and confidence through creative obstacle courses and progressive physical challenges.

Students run, jump, climb, swing, roll and balance while learning how to approach challenges with focus, determination and a positive attitude.

What to Wear & Bring

👕 Ninja Attire

Students should wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows them to move freely and safely.

  • Fitted athletic shirt and shorts or leggings
  • Bare feet during class
  • Long hair secured away from the face
  • No jewelry, belts, denim or loose clothing
  • Avoid clothing with zippers or metal pieces

Young ninjas should arrive ready to participate and bring only the items needed for class.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my child need previous experience?
Previous gymnastics or obstacle-course experience is not required. Coaches use age-appropriate activities and progressions to help students participate safely and successfully.
Is Ninja Kids a gymnastics class?
Ninja Kids includes gymnastics-related movements such as jumping, rolling, balancing and landing, but the main focus is obstacle-course training, agility, strength and athletic movement.
Is Ninja Kids only for boys?
No. Ninja Kids is open to all students who meet the age requirements listed for the class.
Will the obstacle course be the same every week?
Coaches may change obstacles, stations and challenges throughout the session. This keeps classes exciting while helping students develop a wide range of skills.
What if my child cannot complete an obstacle?
Coaches can provide drills, modifications and progressive steps. The goal is for students to work safely, keep trying and build confidence over time.
How do I register?
Find a class in the live schedule above and select the Register link. Classes without an immediate opening may display a waitlist option when one is available.
